Wal*Mart: The High Cost of Low Prices

Just watched "Wal*Mart: The High Cost of Low Prices."

My God.

Would somebody please send their CEO, Lee Scott, a copy of Good Business?!?

Go get the movie. Watch it. Cry. Get pissed. And let's change the world.

(How? Important point: Not by rejecting capitalism but by creating businesses that generate profits as a by-product of truly serving.)

btw: Robert Greenwald is brilliant and the peeps at Brave New Films rock. Check out their other stuff. I just watched Outfoxed as well and ordered Unprecedented, Unconstitutional and Uncovered.

I discovered the evils of the Wal-Mart empire over three years ago and have refused to shop there ever since. My decision has been justified over and over through learning more about the corporate culture at Wally World. Nickel and Dimed shows the futility, misery and demeaning atmosphere experienced by employees, the majority of which are women. Along with telling people about Zaadz I try to influence people to think about where they spend their money.
